The term of the contract depends on the client’s needs: signing a contract for a period of 2-12 months is possible. The price depends on the period - the longer the period, the lower the price.
Yes, short-term rentals from 5 nights to 2 months are possible.
The project offers single and double rooms. Studio and Studio+ are single rooms, while Comfort and Comfort+ are double rooms. Some Comfort rooms have double beds (~1.6 metres wide) and others have double sofa beds (1.4-1.6 metres wide).
Yes, there is a deposit/security fee of 1 month’s rent. At the end of the contract, it will be refunded within 14 working days, less the cleaning fee specified in the contract and damages if any damage was left behind when moving out.
To extend your contract, you must inform the administration or the rental manager at least 1 mėn before the end of the contract. Otherwise, the room can be rented out to another person. If you change rooms, a cleaning fee applies for both rooms.
Yes, you can cancel the contract before the end of the rental period, but you will have to pay an additional cancellation penalty as specified in the contract.

Utilities are included in the rental price. Renting room for 2 persons 40 Eur is added to the rental price. If the customer exceeds the maximum electricity usage stipulated in the contract, they will be charged extra according to the electricity supply rates effective at the time.

Yes, you can. In this case, be sure to tell the rental manager. The new tenant may be subject to other rental conditions in effect at the time. The contract of the new tenant cannot be shorter than that of the customer who is transferring the contract.
The check-out time is no later than 12 noon on the last day of the contract. Clients must leave the apartment clean and tidy after moving out. The pass-card(s) must be handed over to the Project Ambassador or left at the designated place.
You can hand over the card to the Ambassador when you move out or leave it in an agreed safe place, which we will inform you about before you move out.
There will be no additional fee to pay upon moving out. The cleaning fee will automatically be deducted from the deposit paid when the balance of the deposit is returned.
The contractual cleaning fee and the amount of defect repairs, if any damage is detected at the time of moving out, will be deducted from the deposit paid at the time of moving out. You can consult the management for more details:

Yes, you can decorate the room to suit your needs, but the most important thing is that the room remains in the same condition as you found it when you moved in. This means no drilling holes in the walls, furniture, or sticking stickers that would leave a dirty surface or damage the walls.
You will find a shared vacuum cleaner in the lounge area on each floor (if you use it, it must be returned to its previous location within 1 hour). In the communal kitchen you can find all the appliances and utensils you need. Once used, it is important to return the equipment to its designated place on the same day.
At Youston Coliving (Slucko g.) on the 1st floor (DoDay Coworking), only the clients working there can use the items on the 1st floor, while coliving clients can only use the items on the -1st floor.
The rooms are naturally ventilated by opening a window (we recommend at least 15 minutes of ventilation per day). The bathroom has an automatic extraction system.
The heating of the premises starts when the Vilnius city municipality announces the beginning of the heating season. The heating season usually starts in October and ends in March-April.
Yes, you can use all the common spaces without restrictions until the specified permitted hours. In the Coliving projects you will find a gym, a work area, a kitchen, a dining room, board and computer game areas, a steam room (available daily until 22h), lounge areas, a cinema room, a meditation room (Youston Coliving (Smolensko g. 14)).
Technical and domestic problems are handled by our maintenance staff. You should inform the management of the problem by email. The email should include the apartment number, the problem and the time at which the technicians can arrive. If the problem is under warranty or caused by the installation of the apartment or its appliances, we fix it for free. For rates for additional services, see this LINK.

If you locked yourself out or lost your card, you can call 24-hour security. Call 1850 or +370 5 26 25154 (call cost 0,14 Eur/min.) and inform that you need help at SLUCKO AŠTUONI. You must wait for security on the 1st floor (A) and they will escort you to your room upon arrival. Please note that the price of the service is EUR 60 + VAT.
Each resident can receive a box with an additional card for the entire stay at a cost of EUR 30 + VAT (one-off fee). To order a replacement card, please contact rent8@youston.lt.
Please note that sometimes the newsletters we send out go to your SPAM box, so we recommend that you check periodically to make sure you haven’t missed any important emails. If there are two of you living in the apartment, you can contact the management to arrange for letters to be sent to both people.
Quiet hours in Lithuania run from 22h to 8h, during which it is forbidden to make noise. If your neighbours break this rule, you can call the police. They will issue a warning or a fine to those who make noise. The police can be contacted at 112.
You can also report people who break the rules to Youston Co-living, giving details of what happened. The management will take the necessary steps to ensure that members of the community do not break the rules of the house.
Yes, you can. The host who receives the guests is responsible for their behavior and actions both in the apartment and in the common areas of the project and on the project territory. A maximum of two guests may be brought per resident. Guests of the resident can spend time in the common areas on weekdays until 18h, after which they are only allowed in the resident’s room.
Yes, you can spend time in the designated outdoor areas or on the outdoor terrace. When spending time in these areas or waiting for guests at the main entrance in the evening after 22h, it is necessary to respect the general order of the area and to keep the noise down, respecting the peace of the coliving and the residents of the surrounding buildings.

Yes, Coliving projects have communal laundry rooms where you will find washing machines and dryers.
To use the service, you need to follow the instructions in the laundry room, download the Londris app and select the service you want to use, for which you will need to pay separately via the app electronically.
No, smoking (cigarettes, iqos, wape, etc.) is strictly forbidden both in the accommodation and in the common areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
You can find the smoking area by going out into the courtyard through the door in the main staircase.

Letters that arrive in the Youston Coliving mailbox can be found in the dedicated rack on the reception desk. For other letters, we recommend contacting Lietuvos paštas, which takes care of letter delivery (https://www.post.lt/).
For parcels, we recommend that you contact the company that will deliver the parcel. The Administration does not receive or store parcels from clients, and you should contact the company personally to arrange a suitable delivery time for your parcel.
